Genesis 6
Read the Text
Summary
The sons of God marry the daughters of men, giving birth to heroes and mighty men. God sees that all flesh has become corrupt, but Noah, who finds grace in the Lord’s eyes. The Lord will destroy man and beast from off the earth via flood. God commands Noah to build an ark and to bring a pair of every living thing with him, and makes a covenant with him. Noah obeys God’s commands.
