Summary
Moses explains the covenant made with the Lord on Mount Horeb. He goes over the ten commandments again. He reminds the Israelites that their Sabbath day practices are to commemorate the Lord’s deliverance of the Israelites out of Egypt. Moses reminds the Israelites that God speaks to men and that if they are obedient, the Lord will bless them.
