Servants of Pharaoh went with Joseph to bury Jacob in the Cave of Machpelah (Genesis 50:7). Servants of Pharaoh are also specifically mentioned in the story of the Exodus: they are present for the miracles of Moses staff turning into a snake and of the water of the river turning to blood (Exodus 7:10, 20). They are also explicitly mentioned as being a target of the plagues of frogs, flies, and locusts (Exodus 8:3-4, 21; Exodus 10:6-7).
